Either the cork will blow or the Velcro will turn inside out and relieve the pressure, or the pressure will simply relieve itself through any loose connection or through the stitching, also a built-in safety feature in or bladders, unlike completely sealed units sold elsewhere, who’s oxygen will become stale tasting overnight. This of course is based on our extensive testing. You may end up with a room full of great oxygen at the end of the day, depending upon the circulation in the room.
And, no worries, the oxygen concentrators we sell with our Oxygen Systems are the best in the industry. They can go as many as 30,000 hours before being rebuilt and have a 3-year warranty from the manufacturer. We use a 10 Liter Newlife Intensity 10, for our own system with two and sometimes 3 using it every day, and for testing the systems being sold to you.
Our personal 10 Liter is a month less than a year old and has less than 500 hours on it. Did you hear that? Less than 500 hours and up to 30,000 hours of use, divide that and see how long that concentrator is going to last you? Yes, up to 60 years or your life time, basically a one-time buy! Do not forget to clean your pre-filter in the back of the machine. Warning: Read the handbook that comes with each concentrator before use.
Yes, we test every system before it leaves our facilities. We test for bleed down and performance to make sure you are getting the best out of every use. The looks of our systems are more of a generic look, white in color for the lowest possible cost to you.
The systems are made from a special high grade 2 ply material, with Nylon on the outside for strength and FDA approved food grade Mylar on the inside to insure you get no BPA’s released into the oxygen you are breathing. Mylar sheet and film is inert to water and acts as a moisture barrier as well as being unaffected by oils, greases and most aromatics, such as purer oxygen. The two-ply material we use is the best the market place has to offer in food grade complying with FDA regulations at 21 CFR 177.1630.
Yes, when this material is handled too much it will cause a crinkle look to it. We now roll these bladders when transporting from the production facility to the testing facility. After testing the bladders are gently folded with a little oxygen left inside and packaged being ready to ship to you. If the looks are too bad for top retail we sell as factory second on eBay.
The bulkheads are made of the hardest food grade polycarbonate, nylon and medical grade nylon, again so that there are no BPAs released into the oxygen you are breathing. All other hoses are food grade silicone and FDA approved plastics in the 22mm CPAP hose.
